Liverpool has some of the finest galleries and picture collection
and these are housed in the National Museums Liverpool. These
include the Walker Art Gallery, the National gallery of the
North and the Museum of Liverpool Life, tracing the growth of
Liverpool.
The waterfront museum, the Merseyside Maritime
and Tate Galley both located at the Albert Dock
offer the visitor a unique glimpse of the Maritime
heritage of the region.
